B16 Leisure Lakes Drive #00000000-00-4151-0016, Chipley, FL 32428

This waterfront lot is on one of the clearest and cleanest freshwater lakes in the Florida Panhandle. This is not one of those small lakes that dry up during droughts because it is spring fed and about 200 feet deep, according to a fisherman who used a depth finder.

It is about a mile across, or about 3 miles around. It is wonderful for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing or stretching out on the floating dock about 75 feet from the shore at the recreation area. This vacant wooded lot is untouched, so the new owners get to choose where to install a driveway and where to build a lake house or homestead.

See the Photos tab to view all of the beautiful photos. Better yet, come take a tour of the laid back lake subdivision to see if relaxed lake living is for you. Amenities include a live gate guard on duty weekdays, and residents have a special code for entry at other times.

At the recreation area there is a toddler playground, basketball court, tennis court, swimming pool, pavilion with remodeled men's and women's restrooms, boat launch and more. It is about 30 minutes north of Panama City, and about 40 minutes from the world's most beautiful beaches. For HOA documents see Web site leisurelakes.hoa.camp
