Beach Loop Dr SW, Bandon, OR 97411

Eighty feet of ocean frontage on Beach Loop Drive. This .21-acre lot sits above one of the most photographed beaches on the Southern Oregon Coast, looking out over the sea stacks off Coquille Point - Elephant Rock, Face Rock, and the formations that change character with every tide.

The land falls toward the sand, and homes on either side show what the setting supports, giving a clear starting point for a custom home on one of the few oceanfront parcels left in Bandon. Below is open beach, hard-packed at low tide. Behind are Coquille Point's headland trails and viewing platforms. Cable, electricity, sewer, and water are available at the street. Old Town Bandon, with its harbor, restaurants, and shops, is nearby, as is Bandon Dunes Golf Resort.
