Burnt Wagon Trail, Cascade, ID 83611

Wake up each morning to the fresh mountain air, sipping your morning coffee watching the sun rise over your views of Lake Cascade. Drift off to sleep each night w/the tranquil sounds of nature while you gaze at the stars bursting overhead. A gorgeous waterfall can be heard splashing down the mountain before the year-round creek crosses the bottom edge of the lot.

Covered in ample timber, wild strawberries, & lush green foliage. Located less than 20 min from Tamarack. Lot runs 53' along the road & then diagonally down the mountain. Approximate lot lines well marked, seller found a few pins but not all. Camp or build your dream cabin!

Bring proper shoes to explore the entire lot! Private, lake views, no CC&Rs, what more could you want? Stay on BURNT WAGON Trail until waterfall on the left, you'll see the sign at the first property marker on the right. If you use GPS, it may take you to the bottom of the lot and have you walk to the top, which due to slope isn't ideal. Keep going until you see the falls.
