Coker Spur Rd, Red Bay, AL 35582

Located just a few miles from downtown Red Bay, this tract features 130+ acres of plantation pine investment. The property has a very nice hardwood bottom with a flowing creek for the wildlife. This area has always produced good deer and turkey populations, and some really nice bucks have been taken in and around this tract.

There is a good road that circles half the property with some trails going into the timber. Some trails have washed and will be in need of grading going into the hardwood bottom. There are several areas for possible food plots; the timber appears to be 7-8 years old and growing nicely. This tract is reasonably priced and would make a great hunting and investment property for years to come.
