Beautiful piece of property on a quiet road just minutes from lake Ray Roberts. All cedars have been removed. Remaining oaks have been trimmed up off the ground. Pipe fence on 3 sides of property with no climb wire. Metal gate on left side of property with culvert and rock.

Road frontage has been cleared and smoothed for fence and new entry gate. 1.36 acre pond was dug in late 2024 and concrete spillway to control water level was added in mid 2025. This property is set up perfectly for a family compound and can be subdivided into 2 acre lots with great homesites.

Wonderful treed picnic area on NE side of the pond. The property owner is also a custom home builder with nearly 45 years of experience and has several ideas for a land plan that he would be willing to share. Property is ag-exempt.
