Davenport Road, Spruce Pine, NC 28777

Imagine the peace and tranquility of being surrounded by a private sanctuary of 13 acres of raw, undisturbed land with almost 1000' of gorgeous North Toe River waterfront. If you've been looking for reasonably priced riverfront land that IS NOT in the floodplain this is it!

Only a narrow area at the water's edge is in the floodplain and the property sustained NO DAMAGE with Helene. Spend a moment and listen to the rushing water, and the rustling of the trees, and you'll know this is a special place just waiting for your vision.

Secluded setting with mature trees and rhododendron and large enough to carve out some great trails. The land is sloping to steep terrain but there are a few areas that would be suitable for building and the rest to insure complete privacy and room to explore! Will require new driveway, power, septic, and well. Access will be via ROW (in place), this is completely unimproved land. Less than 10 minutes to Spruce Pine for groceries, restaurants, shopping, and hospital. Make plans to see this fantastic parcel today!
