Delight Valley Schl Rd, Cottagegrove, OR 97424

This is a rare 134 acre recreational holding, with 10 lots total, in Lane County with hunting & fishing rights and approximately 4,200 feet of Coast Fork Willamette River frontage. The property is NOT currently buildable for a homesite and it may also be purchased as 50/50 interest.

Pasture provides space for grazing livestock, and five scenic ponds and lakes are ideal for water sports, serious bass fishing, dog training, and waterfowl. Currently leased month to month to a duck hunting club and they'd be happy to stay, or go. Ideally located just 16 miles south of Eugene and 3 miles north of Cottage Grove with easy I-5 access. This is a multifaceted, serious recreational holding where weekends become competence and character building traditions. Please inquire for the video tour.
