Division St, Palmyra, NY 14522

This is an incredibly rare opportunity to purchase 22.6 acres ready for 60- 1/4-1/3 acre single family home sites in the vastly blossoming town of Palmyra. NO village taxes, while still being centrally located, makes this spot the best of both worlds!

Previously the home of a small aircraft airport, this land remains flat and in need of very minimal site work. The land currently holds a small pole barn (previously a hanger) with electricity. Additional highlights include maps that have been approved within the last 20 years - just in need of a refresh!, water and sewer updates in place to accomm

odate the subdivision, most engineering already completed, environmental studies completed with no concerns. Truly, half the leg work is done with plenty of documentation to share. This rare find is ready for any type of developer to take it over and bring it to life!
