Eagle Feather Road, New Meadows, ID 83654

Step out of the truck at the top of this five acre bench and the whole Meadows Valley is already sitting there in front of you. No trees to clear. No view to go hunting for. Open and park like, with mature ponderosa scattered across the building site and heavy timber standing up behind you to the west.

The ground drops away below, opening up ranch land and the mountains beyond, with Brundage ski runs cut into the far ridge. You sit near the top of the mountain, behind a coded gate at the back of the cul de sac on Eagle Feather, so nobody drives past you to get anywhere. Shared well available, or drill your own. Power to the property line. Five minutes up the hill from MeadowCreek Golf Resort, with Brundage, hot springs, and the Payette all a short drive. Come stand on it. That is the whole pitch.
