Koweta Trail lot: 3925, Hartsel, CO 80449

Located in the remote southwest corner of Park County, this parcel would be great for backcountry hunters, fishermen, or those looking for a primitive campsite. If you are seeking a summer and fall retreat in a pristine area of Colorado, here is the spot!

Still, you can get to Hartsel, Guffey, Buena Vista, Salida, and Fairplay all within roughly an hour to grab supplies and dinner. Located near "The Dream Stream", fly fishermen will love the ability to catch trout with nobody around. Big game roams this magnificent valley, so build a warming hut as your hunting home base.

Make it an annual fall tradition for you and your friends to make this lot your starting point before heading out to track down Elk, Black Bear, and Mule Deer. After a long day, take in the picturesque views of Agate and Black Mountain. Many aspen groves are in this region, adding to the stunning scenery. This is a prime fall retreat for those who love to explore. There are no improvements on this parcel.
