Kroenke Trail, Lincoln, MO 65338

Nice 65 acre Benton County farm, located in the Cole Camp school district. This property would be a great place to build your dream home or a hunting cabin. There is a well, septic, and electric already there! There are some survey pins on multiple corners of the property and the seller drove fence posts along the perimeter of the property to make it easy to find the approximate lines.

This rolling terrain has multiple wet weather creeks, benches, pinch points, a saddle, and utv paths that aid in the great hunting. The property was logged in 2019 and there is lots of new growth that provides perfect wildlife habitat and bedding areas. There are 3 food plot areas already established for stand sites and a small watering hole the seller said has had water in it since he\'s owned it. Don\'t let this one get away!
