Lexco Road, Moriarty, NM 87035

40 acres with beautiful views! This property has a septic tank and a low flow well (1/2 gallon per minute) already established and a pole for electricity. Mobile homes are also allowed and the entire property is fenced along three sides. Separated into 4 5-acre lots and one 20 acre lot.

Septic and well are on the front lot next to Lexico Rd. Since first listing it was discovered that the well equipment had been stolen. We had the well tested and it is pumping but at a greatly diminished capacity. Septic has already been inspected and survey performed. Seller will not be responsible for any other inspections or charges getting electricity back on the pole on the property.
