Mountain Park Rd, Shirley, AR 72088

137 ACRES of LAKE FRONT and LAKEVIEW on PARTY COVE (Thompson Cove) This much undeveloped property on Greers Ferry Lake does not come along often and may never come again. Over 2000' of White line Lake front, over 3000' of frontage on Cobalt Bay Drive and 1761' of frontage on Mountain Grove Rd with utilities at the road.

The western side has bluffs and caves and adjoins the white line at Thompson Creek, the south side is white line that is right on the lake, and the North and NE have road frontage and utilities. There are views of the lake all over this stunning property, but you have to see it in person to appreciate it.

This could be a resort with cabins and trails, residential development, wedding venue or my favorite... a gated family estate. Let your imagination run wild with the possibilities or keep it all to yourself. Seller is willing to divide.
