NKA W Third Ave, Metaline Falls, WA 99153

Once the epicenter of the historic Inland Portland Cement Company, this 14.82-acre industrial site once supplied the materials that built the Grand Coulee Dam. Today, it offers a stabilized, flat canvas just 15 minutes from the Canadian border & the Metaline Falls Port of Entry.

Perfectly positioned for international logistics, the site is eligible for Spokane's Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ No.224), allowing for a duty-deferred transload yard or facility. Neighboring a legacy rail spur and industrial truck scale that once serviced the facilities, the site provides strategic logistical value and built-in potential for future expansion.

Historically one of the largest commercial consumers of electricity in the area, the site's legacy infrastructure makes it an ideal candidate for Battery Energy Storage Systems, data centers, renewable energy projects, greenhouse facilities, or manufacturing site. Whether anchoring a new energy grid or expanding an international supply chain, your northern gateway is officially open.
