For those of you who are looking for vacant, undeveloped wooded acreage, reflecting natural Old Florida unchanged by man, then these 36 acres could be what you are looking for. The only thing man has provided is a country state road bordering an edge of the property offering easy access to the property.
There is gated access off the road allowing entrance to a portion of the property that is high and dry in a flood zone X portion of the property. The majority of the land is a natural bottom land, putting it in a flood zone A elevation. But the important feature of this property is there is not just one creek, but two creeks that either border a portion of the property, or flow onto the property.
Water access is always a desirable feature on most properties. It helps support and provides a habitat that allows the plants and animal to live and survive there. It is a draw from areas that do not have water. If you are a hunter, this property is paradise!
If you are a lover and observer of nature, this could be your paradise! The woods on this property has deer, wild turkey, duck, squirrels and countless birds and animals of the woods. So, if you need a break from the manmade developments of traffic, crowds, noise and chaos, and just want to escape to nature and a slower, calmer pace, where peace and solitude exist, then you need to make an appointment to see this property!!
