Pavolosky Place, Shamrock, TX 79079

This little jewel is a great recreational property just south of Lela! The Pavolosky Place offers established native and love grass, along with good cover for wildlife. In addition, there is an older house on the backside of the property, that could provide for a hunting cabin or simple family home with some work.

There is also a well near the house that is providing livestock water. A hay barn and two large pipe and barb wire pens are located just southeast of the house. Perimeter fencing, ready for cattle. Seller is reserving the wind rights and there is not any active oil or gas production. Come take a look!
