Look, if you've been searchin' for a serious hunting tract down here in North Crenshaw County, you need to pull up on Provitt Road and take a look at this 91.2 acres. This place is set up right: - Tons of Hardwoods & Creeks: Beautiful hardwood bottoms and creek drains winding through it.
- Pine Timber: Got a solid stand of merchantable pine ready for a good thinning to put a little cash back in your pocket and open up that understory. - Feels Way Bigger: The road system on this place is no joke. It's opened up so well it hunts and rides like a 200-acre block- you can get a side-by-side to every corner of it without a hassle.
- Turn-Key Setup: Comes with 3 strategically placed greenfields, each boasting a custom shooting house. It's purely turn-key for giant whitetails. - Turkey & Water: Between the rolling hills and those hardwood bottoms, it's a haven for roostin' thunder chickens.
Plus, there's a neat little pond tucked away that holds wood ducks year-round. North Crenshaw is famous for heavy deer numbers and some of the best genetics in the state. With power and city water right at the road, all it needs is a good fall planting and a little spring fire to get it dialed in perfect. Give me a holler if you want to ride it!
