Quail Ridge Drive, Chipley, FL 32428

This 1.12 acre waterfront lot is ready for your new weekend getaway or homestead. Because the lot is on the eastern side of the lake, you can enjoy nightly sunsets as the sun dips across the lake. The lot has many trees, a mix of hardwoods and pines. The owner says there is at least one artesian well on the property.

You can buy a lot anywhere, but it won't have all the fun amenities of the security gated subdivision of Leisure Lakes that includes a swimming pool, basketball court, tennis court, toddler playground, boat launch for fishing and kayaking, grill stations, men's and women's restrooms at the pavilion and more.

It is very quiet as no jet skis or power boat motors can be used. The clear freshwater lake is the smaller of the 2 lakes in the subdivision. Live security guards are on duty weekdays and residents have a special code for entry when guards are not present. Come discover how affordable and fun that lake life can be for you and your family.
