Fantastic opportunity to develop a commercial business center in one of the fastest growing areas of Eastern NC! With hundreds of new homes already built and more on the way, this property could also be an ideal location for a childcare center, providing a much-needed service to the rapidly expanding community.
Hubert is growing expedientially in every direction. This is one of the ONLY parcels zoned for commercial use. This tract is situated in front of a new development by DR Horton with approximately 500 plus homes, across the road from a new development cleared and ready to go, about two miles from a new 55 plus neighborhood and the renown Sandridge Rd with so many homes that the one road has their own elementary school!
All of these folks do not want to drive out to 24 for amenities! The area hosts 3 public boat ramps and one honor box. Close to the ICWW, minutes to Camp Lejeune back gate, 20 minutes to Jacksonville, 10 minutes to Swansboro and the coastal beaches. This is a winner! Design has been created and the engineer says the sewer and stormwater available to finish design. Priced to sell!
