Rafter Rd, Tellico Plains, TN 37385

Some homes have a driveway. This one has a covered bridge. Drive across the Telliquah Covered Bridge, over the Tellico River and you are home. This .7-acre lot sits in one of the most private, yet accessible spots in the Tellico Plains area. It's a gated community of just a few home sites, tucked at the foot of the mountains along the Tellico River directly across from the Cherahala Skyway and local restaurants.

the lot has a flat tiered gentle slope / level build site river views. Picture a morning coffee on the porch with the river gently moves by. You can build a full-time mountain home, a weekend cabin or a legacy getaway for the whole family.
