160 acres of Recreational Forestry (RF) zoned land in the Piute Mountains offering privacy, timber, and endless possibility. RF zoning is intended to preserve natural resources while allowing low-density residential use, recreational activities, off-grid living, and certain agricultural and forestry uses (buyer to verify specific uses with Kern County).
Access is from School St in Havilah, and once you reach the property, you are surrounded by forestry land stretching toward the Piutes, creating an incredibly secluded setting. The land is treed with native timber and natural terrain ideal for hunting, wildlife enjoyment, and outdoor recreation.
Build your private hunting lodge, create an off-grid retreat, or hold for long-term land preservation. The area is known for naturally occurring springs, though it is unknown whether any are located directly on the property as neither Seller nor Agent has walked the full 160 acres. If you're looking for expansive acreage with private access and true mountain solitude, this is a rare opportunity to own a substantial piece of the Piutes
