State Hwy N Tract B, Ava, MO 65608

20 wooded acres close to Bryant Creek State Park, Rockbridge, Assumption Abby and Bryant Creek in southern Douglas County. This property has a logging road winding through it and is being sold as a whole or in smaller tracts ranging from 11 acres, 20, 40's, 80, 140 or 151.67 acres.

Great hunting property, hiking, ATV riding and home sites for a weekend retreat or full time living. You will find level, sloped, gently rolling to hilly terrain as well as a wet weather creek and a variety of vegetation and tree species. When I arrived to take pictures, I was greeted by a wild turkey and the deer seen in a picture. They would love to meet you!
