TBD Vacant Land, Cotopaxi, CO 81223

A knoll top location with far reaching views and end-of-the road privacy. A wide open 2.5 acre home site with a sprinkling of trees and westerly views of the majestic Sangre de Cristo mountain range to the towering peak named "Pike" the renowned explorer who journeyed across this part of Colorado in search of the head waters of the Arkansas.

Ideally situated midway between Canon City and Westcliffe you'll find the drive for, business or pleasure, a relatively short one, in either direction. However, not all of the access is easy. The half mile +/- drive from the lot itself to the maintained County Road can be pretty rough requiring four-wheel drive in the winter - even summer for some.

Power is possible but solar may be the way to go on this particular parcel as it a prime candidate for receiving every one of those 300 days of sunshine that Colorado so proudly advertises. Priced to sell, this acreage is a great location for the right buyer! We hope that will be you! See the "Document" portion of this listing presentation for a map to the property or call for directions. We hope to see you there!
