Lot 13 is near the end of Brooten Mountain Loop and offers the opportunity for you to build a property that allows you to be out the hectic fray of a busy beach but close enough that you can beachcomb when you want to. Lot 13 offers ocean views when you maximize the height restrictions and take full advantage of the architectural guidelines that preserves the value of the property.

Or looking for the quiet and solace of the forest? Tuck your home under the ancient Sitka Spruce trees toward the back of the lot. The current owners fell in the love with one of the trees on the lot that they named "Ganesha", the elephant spirit offering new beginnings, wisdom and the remover of obstacles. Some preliminary work has been completed for a home on the lot and is included in the price.
