Vilas Overlook Drive lot: 9, Vilas, NC 28692

Enjoy a convenient location from this 1.5 acre ridgetop lot perched atop the Vilas Highlands neighborhood offering mountain views, shared well, expired 4BR septic permit, partially cleared homesite with driveway and access to underground power and fiber optic services.

This lot is almost ready to build upon due to existing infrastructure and work that has already been completed. Minimal restrictions in place which prohibit mobile homes and require homes with a minimum of 800sq.ft. Priced at tax value! Located approx. 5 miles from downtown Boone and AppState! Would make an ideal homesite for a full time or seasonal residence!
