Wayne Massey (Massie), Como, MS 38619

Panola County Double Tract. This deer & turkey property is east of Como & has 2 tracts with separate entrances & paved frontage. The split property also sets up well for 2 families or a couple of hunters in a joint purchase. Whether you're looking to hunt or invest, there's plenty to offer.

Known for the area's large deer & turkey population, the land has been recently cutover, making excellent bedding & browse for wildlife. The 52-AC eastern tract has 4 pipelines that create travel corridors & ready-made food plots. Although the timber was recently cut, there are still plenty of mature trees in between lanes and scattered around the property.

Both tracts have established internal roads, making it easier to navigate. Some cleanup is needed from this year's ice storm, but existing roads provide an excellent foundation. The 68-AC western tract has an old tower stand & several trails & food plots. 45 minutes from Ole Miss. 15 Minutes from I-55. Fiber Internet Available.
