Wayward Cove, Clyde, NC 28721

Mountain land in a secluded cove in the Fines Creek community. This property has a roughed in house pad and an approved 3 bedroom non-conventional pump septic system permit. Land extends to the ridgeline above which may allow for a road system to be created to gain elevation to a nice gentle finger ridge towards the top of the property.

From the top of the property the view would extend to the north towards the Hurricane Ridge, Maple Springs and Max Patch. An abundance of wildlife and natural flora radiates all the Smoky Mountains have to offer. Currently the covenants and restrictions are not being acknowledged, nor are they being enforced since there has not been a vote since their original conception.

There is a road maintenance agreement to be contributed to by the residents in the community. With that said the property would allow for a variety of dwellings of any size and construction. Bring your hopes and your dreams to Wayward Cove! Contact list agent with inquiries.
